
Yoseph Gettu
Co-founder of Tiny Angel Productions & Expedition Logistics Manager for Project Josephine.
Yoseph's Story
Yoseph will be assisting the expedition team on the ground, specifically in the search to find the missing Bristol Blenheim aircraft. He will be pivotal in pre-expedition activities including acclimatisation training, expedition route planning and logistics.

Originally from Ethiopia, Yoseph has worked on road-building projects across East and West Africa taking him from Ghana to Togo and Uganda to Tanzania.
​
Yoseph is currently working as Technical Manager with Zym Technologies in Indonesia. He promotes the application of enzyme and bio-based technologies to enhance sustainability in key infrastructure sectors – including roads, bridges and ports – across the Asia-Pacific.
​
With his multidisciplinary background he is able to collaborate with manufacturers and support R&D efforts to ensure products meet performance targets and investment potential. He identifies practical applications and connects them with investors seeking equity opportunities.
​
In his past18 years experience in Materials and Pavement Engineering, Rheology, and Laboratory Management, he has specialised in construction material design, quality control and management.
​
He has led infrastructure projects across multiple countries, designing asphalt and concrete mixes and commissioning advanced testing equipment like FWD and RSP.
He has helped clients, particularly in Africa, overcome technical challenges and proficiency gaps. He has worked in eight countries and travelled to over twenty. He brings a global perspective to solving complex projects.
Yoseph has always had an active interest in the film industry. He is co-founder of Tiny Angel Productions and he will setting up a sister office in Addis Ababa after the completion of Project Josephine. His first proposed project is to document King Tewodros II ‘s
route to Mekdela as narrated by Philip Marsden in the book The Barefoot Emperor.
