Reginald's Story
Empowering African Youth | Entrepreneurship | Innovation

Reginald’s journey from aerospace engineering to African entrepreneurship reflects his commitment to excellence and meaningful impact.

In his nine years with Ghana Air Force he mastered leading teams through complex projects, developing precision and resource organisation skills that now drive his entrepreneurial ventures. This technical foundation led Reginald to co-found JTek IT Solutions and Ticketmaster, which transformed digital access across Africa.

As Director of Afrolynk he helps to accelerate startup businesses by addressing Africa’s unique challenges. He designs tailored programmes for women entrepreneurs and unemployed young people, to help create sustainable pathways to success.

Through his Deciding to Win Podcast he connects African youth with transformative leadership insights.
As a speaker, coach and podcast trainer, Reginald is dedicated to amplifying African voices and developing leaders who will shape the continent’s future.
It is one of Reginald’s dreams to create a Museum and Visitor's Centre at Takoradi Airbase in one
(or more) of the original WWII hangars still standing at the base.

The centre and museum would have the potential to become an excellent educational facility and would be a fitting tribute to all of those whose dedicated work in Takoradi made the Takoradi Run mission across Africa possible.
